6.11.2014: Stirling Knights - West Lothian Wolves 67:61 (Division 2)

The debut game in div2 for Knights ended in a fine win over one of Scotland's best local league teams. In Div2 teams can play 4 players from the top team who are 21 and under and two of these guys- Adam Hammerschmidt (20) and Connor Rankin (21) combined for 42 of the Knights points with Adam scoring 16 in the final stanza. Good performances too from Cory McCabe and Connor Sharp along with Andy Bleakley and Zack Beattie also netting their first senior baskets of the season. U18s James McNeil and Jonny Short rounded off the squad, aside of course from the 'Slam' Duncan brothers and Knights Chiefs Mark and Pete Duncan who despite not playing for a long time combined for 13 points. Fellow former D1 star Sean Hume hit 13 for WLW including back to back threes at the end but it wasn't enough. Well played lads and great team spirit to get us through.
